Patterns of happy people

Patterns of happy people

I've noticed an interesting pattern in the happiest, most successful, most fulfilled people I know.

They usually live pretty cleanly.

I'm not talkin' monk status or anything.

It's not like they never touch a drop of alcohol, the reefer, some netflix, or processed food every once in a while. But usually, these high-stimulation-low-value sorts of behaviors just aren't a big central theme in the lives of people who are really crushing it on the frontlines of their goals and dreams. They operate differently from most people, and it's no surprise they generate different results too.

Because, let's be honest:

Most people just ain't that happy or fulfilled.

They're living quiet lives of desperation and survival. Leaving massive problems unaddressed, escaping from them every night with the theta-brainwave-state created by television and mindless consumption, impulsively watching porn whenever their sexual drive kicks in which it does for 30 different reasons due to them having trained themselves into a deep pattern of escapism over the course of years...

I used to be that guy too, so I'm not judging.

I truly understand on a visceral, deeply personal level.

But I am here to say that there's a better way, and that if I was able to turn things around and build a lifestyle of happiness, fulfillment, and abundance of the things that matter most to me like friendships, love, health, finances, and the time to enjoy it...

You can change too.

Maybe you've already been working on it for a while.

Maybe you're early in the process.

Either way?

I'm not special. I'm just a guy who recognized he was on the wrong track about 7 years ago, then ruthlessly dedicated himself to cleaning up his house and becoming the kind of man he knew he could and should and was destined to be. The kind of man who lives from a place of deep self-respect, who's baseline level of dignity and values no longer permits him to drain his lifes essence into tissues or waste ungodly amounts of neurochemical resources on shit that just doesn't add anything and actively takes away from his vision...

Underneath that mountain of neurochemical overstimulation there's probably a version of you that you've never fully known waiting.

That version of you will naturally come out, over time, when you dedicate yourself to unearthing him by cleaning up your lifestyle and living in a better way.

You can do it.

And I can help, if you want to do it faster, easier, and make it last.

Take away the guesswork, stop wandering and wondering what to do next, and follow a proven process to remove the vices from your life and be who you're meant to be.
