In which a question was asked… — "Hello sir, wanted to ask how long it takes for me to fully heal after quitting porn and masturbation. It's been 112 days and I haven't noticed any significant change. Kindly help sir, thank you"

Good sir, it would be my pleasure to be of assistance.

In 112 days clean, you should be noticing some rather big changes.

And so let's begin the troubleshooting process to find out why you aren't yet.

There are a few things that could be going wrong:

Are you still edging, simply without orgasm? That will slow down or even halt your healing process entirely. If so, stop.

Are you still viewing a bunch of women online, even if they're clothed? For example on IG or TikTok or whatever? If so, stop. That'll also slow down your healing process.

Are you doing other high-dopamine activities such as drinking too much, using drugs, doomscrolling social media or playing video games for many hours every day? I think you've got the idea - that can slow down your healing too, because the goal is to heal your dopamine reward center, and there are numerous things in the modern world that are damaging to it.

Have you ruled out other health problems? If you're experiencing fatigue, brain fog, or whatever… there are numerous things that could cause those symptoms, so it's a good idea to have a full checkup to understand where you're at physically, if you haven't already.

Are you just sitting around waiting for something to change, instead of proactively working on changing them? If so, it's time to start actively pushing to improve things. Things don't just magically improve on their own because you stopped touching yourself. It massively reduces the resistance, but you still have to do the work. Start getting in the gym, socializing more, and doing things that make your lifestyle more enjoyable and fulfilling.

And at the end of the day, dear subscriber, if you're doing everything above right…

Well, sometimes healing can just take a while.

This is especially true for the guys who started very young, used a lot for years while their brains were still developing… so they have to undo a lot of damage, and their brains' neural pathways for "healthy" sexuality are comparatively quite weak. For those poor souls, of which I was one, don't fret. You just need to keep going… keep staying clean. Healing will happen.

Thing is though, for guys like that (which I've seen even in men in their mid-30's and 40's!) healing can take a lot longer.

Which is why when I'm working with my guys, that variability is baked into the service. 60 days is the typical timeline we work on. But when you hire me, you aren't just hiring me for 60 days.

You're hiring me to do a job and make sure you heal.

And we will, even if it takes some time, without you investing anything more. That continuity, if needed in your specific case, is baked right into my fees.
